Sucre d`Ebène is inspired by that delicate Parisian crème brûlée in an armour of crispy caramel crust, which is so pleasant to break with a teaspoon. Coffee will serve as the perfect accompaniment to the dessert, and notes of hazelnut, orange blossom and benzoin add complexity and depth to their aroma.
